Narrative:
On sep/thu/05; I removed and replaced modification 3024 as requested by local maintenance and maintenance control. After accomplishing operations checks with local maintenance assistance; system appeared to be working normally. After accomplishing operations checks; I later cleared logbook. Later I was made aware this specific panel might be subject to several modifications although there was no mention of this on the maintenance report or from maintenance control on the night of sep/thu/05. Placed too much emphasis on information provided by technician. Correct panel was installed in ZZZ on sep/tue/05.
