Narrative:

As I did my preflight; I noticed nothing wrong. When we were airborne; I went into the fwd lav and found that the oxygen compartment had security seals on them. I proceded to check the 2 aft lavs and found the same thing. On the advice of my supervisor; I am filing this through a computer and I did a report as well. To me this is a safety issue. If we were to have a decompression; the compartment would not open. Do we have the authority to take the seals off? How many more aircraft are like this one that I found. As a safety/security rep; this is an issue that needs to be looked at.
