Narrative:
Just left paint shop. Descending from 7000 ft to 4000 ft; loud bang and continuous pounding bottom of airplane. Airplane slowed and emergency declared with center. Another baron viewed plane and saw left wing root seal loose and hitting bottom of plane. Continued to fly where baron service available. Would have landed sooner if had not known what the problem was.

Narrative: JUST LEFT PAINT SHOP. DSNDING FROM 7000 FT TO 4000 FT; LOUD BANG AND CONTINUOUS POUNDING BOTTOM OF AIRPLANE. AIRPLANE SLOWED AND EMER DECLARED WITH CENTER. ANOTHER BARON VIEWED PLANE AND SAW L WING ROOT SEAL LOOSE AND HITTING BOTTOM OF PLANE. CONTINUED TO FLY WHERE BARON SVC AVAILABLE. WOULD HAVE LANDED SOONER IF HAD NOT KNOWN WHAT THE PROB WAS.
