Narrative:

Controller stated that airplane climbed from 1500 ft to assigned altitude of 2000 ft before plane reached the teb 4.5 DME fix. Pilot feels he followed the SID and did not start climb from 1500 ft to 2000 ft until the 4 DME fix and controller was incorrect.

Narrative: CTLR STATED THAT AIRPLANE CLBED FROM 1500 FT TO ASSIGNED ALT OF 2000 FT BEFORE PLANE REACHED THE TEB 4.5 DME FIX. PLT FEELS HE FOLLOWED THE SID AND DID NOT START CLB FROM 1500 FT TO 2000 FT UNTIL THE 4 DME FIX AND CTLR WAS INCORRECT.
