Narrative:
Cleared to land by tower. Previous aircraft that landed is having to taxi off the runway. Problems (ie; lost). Tower cleared another aircraft into position and hold. Tower told us to go around. We executed the go around and captain immediately declared minimum fuel. Tower acknowledged and gave climb out instructions. We were switched to approach and checked in with a minimum fuel call. Approach extended our downwind for sequence behind a B767. As we were on final; the captain briefed me that she did not want tower to put any aircraft on the runway for departure prior to our landing; thus creating a repeat of the previous go around and would declare emergency fuel if necessary. When check in with tower for landing clearance; the captain briefed tower regarding this point. Tower still cleared an aircraft into position prior to our imminent landing. The captain then declared emergency fuel and tower said; 'if you have a problem with this; call my supervisor; have a nice day.' we landed.

Title: MD80 LNDG. AFTER 1 GAR; DECLARES MINIMUM FUEL; QUESTIONED ATC REGARDING SPACING WITH DEP ACFT; AND THEN DECLARED EMER FUEL.
Narrative: CLRED TO LAND BY TWR. PREVIOUS ACFT THAT LANDED IS HAVING TO TAXI OFF THE RWY. PROBS (IE; LOST). TWR CLRED ANOTHER ACFT INTO POS AND HOLD. TWR TOLD US TO GO AROUND. WE EXECUTED THE GAR AND CAPT IMMEDIATELY DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL. TWR ACKNOWLEDGED AND GAVE CLBOUT INSTRUCTIONS. WE WERE SWITCHED TO APCH AND CHKED IN WITH A MINIMUM FUEL CALL. APCH EXTENDED OUR DOWNWIND FOR SEQUENCE BEHIND A B767. AS WE WERE ON FINAL; THE CAPT BRIEFED ME THAT SHE DID NOT WANT TWR TO PUT ANY ACFT ON THE RWY FOR DEP PRIOR TO OUR LNDG; THUS CREATING A REPEAT OF THE PREVIOUS GAR AND WOULD DECLARE EMER FUEL IF NECESSARY. WHEN CHK IN WITH TWR FOR LNDG CLRNC; THE CAPT BRIEFED TWR REGARDING THIS POINT. TWR STILL CLRED AN ACFT INTO POS PRIOR TO OUR IMMINENT LNDG. THE CAPT THEN DECLARED EMER FUEL AND TWR SAID; 'IF YOU HAVE A PROB WITH THIS; CALL MY SUPVR; HAVE A NICE DAY.' WE LANDED.
