Narrative:
I replaced the engine fuel shutoff valve connectors. But I don't remember that I replaced the sockets due to the new connectors are rear release and the old connectors were front release. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the inspection job card called for the replacement of the connectors as the connector shells were found corroded. The connector shells were replaced but not the connector pins as the pins were svcable. The inspection card did not clearly state to replace the connector and pins and appeared to the technician as a judgement call.
