Narrative:

In 2003 a new bridge was completed across roanoke sound. The original bridge is still in use and is located 3 NM north of the new bridge. Both bridges appear on the charlotte sectional; but do not appear on approach charts or GPS databases. Should an individual cue off of the new bridge on an instrument/visual approach to mqi thinking they were orienting themselves to the old bridge; the aircraft will inadvertently enter R5314C. This restr area is always hot with live fire and military jets. An effort needs to be made to update all approach charts and databases with both bridges.
