Narrative:
It has been brought to my attention; within the past 24 hours; that the mechanics in this shop have been using an unapproved adhesive to bond laminates. Since learning of this; I have spoken to the shop lead technician and was informed that engineering is aware of the problem; and is currently working on a solution. In the meantime; engineering is giving us a one-time engineering authority/authorized on a one-by-one basis; till permanent adhesive is tested and put in the order.
