Narrative:
Pilots wrote up 'normal condition.' the flight crew and maintenance agreed on the condition. I went to clear the placard for the flow control valve. I looked at the mpm to see if I needed to reconnect anything. I scanned the procedures for mpm; and missed seeing the pack sense line disconnect. I assumed nothing was removed or disconnected. The aircraft returned to the gate. I then realized I missed reconnecting the pack sense line. I will read the mpm slower. I allowed the pressure of a delay to cause me to scan the mpm. I do not normally clear placards on through trips; was not aware of pack sense line disconnected; the departure time caused me to rush.
