Narrative:
We were cleared to taxi to runway 3 at geg. All went as normal (checklist and procedures followed) on the txwys. We were cleared on the runway and the captain taxied the airplane along the taxi line which appeared to end at the beginning of the runway edge. The threshold lights are raised and jut out from the runway up to the taxiway leading onto the runway. As we taxied on the runway; it appeared we were very close to the raised threshold lights. After takeoff; we further reviewed what happened and concluded we may have hit the threshold lights with our right main landing gear when we taxied onto the runway. The reason for the possible incident was the raised lights being very close to the taxi line leading onto the runway and no signage or chart information to warn the crew. It would be prudent to at least add this information to the 10-10 page in our commercial pages. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the captain made a slight right turn on the runway as the aircraft exited taxiway 'a' on to runway 3 in order to make full use of the runway length for the heavy weight takeoff. In making that slight right turn; the aircraft approached the end of the runway and the threshold light. The reporter cautioned the captain but was unable to tell for certain if they actually struck the lights. The reporter believes a note should be added cautioning about the right turn entering the runway with the possibility of contacting the lights.

Title: AN MLG CREW NOTES THAT THE RAISED THRESHOLD LIGHTS ON GEG'S RWY 3 ARE ADJACENT TO THE TAXI SURFACE AND RWY END; AND COULD IMPACT ACFT STRUCTURE EXTENDING BEYOND THE TXWY.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 3 AT GEG. ALL WENT AS NORMAL (CHKLIST AND PROCS FOLLOWED) ON THE TXWYS. WE WERE CLRED ON THE RWY AND THE CAPT TAXIED THE AIRPLANE ALONG THE TAXI LINE WHICH APPEARED TO END AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RWY EDGE. THE THRESHOLD LIGHTS ARE RAISED AND JUT OUT FROM THE RWY UP TO THE TXWY LEADING ONTO THE RWY. AS WE TAXIED ON THE RWY; IT APPEARED WE WERE VERY CLOSE TO THE RAISED THRESHOLD LIGHTS. AFTER TKOF; WE FURTHER REVIEWED WHAT HAPPENED AND CONCLUDED WE MAY HAVE HIT THE THRESHOLD LIGHTS WITH OUR RIGHT MAIN LNDG GEAR WHEN WE TAXIED ONTO THE RWY. THE REASON FOR THE POSSIBLE INCIDENT WAS THE RAISED LIGHTS BEING VERY CLOSE TO THE TAXI LINE LEADING ONTO THE RWY AND NO SIGNAGE OR CHART INFO TO WARN THE CREW. IT WOULD BE PRUDENT TO AT LEAST ADD THIS INFO TO THE 10-10 PAGE IN OUR COMMERCIAL PAGES. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT THE CAPT MADE A SLIGHT R TURN ON THE RWY AS THE ACFT EXITED TXWY 'A' ON TO RWY 3 IN ORDER TO MAKE FULL USE OF THE RWY LENGTH FOR THE HVY WT TKOF. IN MAKING THAT SLIGHT R TURN; THE ACFT APCHED THE END OF THE RWY AND THE THRESHOLD LIGHT. THE RPTR CAUTIONED THE CAPT BUT WAS UNABLE TO TELL FOR CERTAIN IF THEY ACTUALLY STRUCK THE LIGHTS. THE RPTR BELIEVES A NOTE SHOULD BE ADDED CAUTIONING ABOUT THE R TURN ENTERING THE RWY WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF CONTACTING THE LIGHTS.
