Narrative:
Loss of power due to blown turbo. PIC took all precautionary measures and followed checklist before declaring an emergency with center and with loss of power landed at ZZZ successfully. Mechanics confirmed seized turbo. Only damage was turbo. Followed all emergency procedures on checklist and declared an emergency and followed instructions to best of ability with successful outcome. No injuries or fire.

Title: A PA46-350P IN CLB AT FL228 DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO LOSS OF PWR CAUSED BY A FAILED TURBOCHARGER.
Narrative: LOSS OF PWR DUE TO BLOWN TURBO. PIC TOOK ALL PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND FOLLOWED CHKLIST BEFORE DECLARING AN EMER WITH CTR AND WITH LOSS OF PWR LANDED AT ZZZ SUCCESSFULLY. MECHS CONFIRMED SEIZED TURBO. ONLY DAMAGE WAS TURBO. FOLLOWED ALL EMER PROCS ON CHKLIST AND DECLARED AN EMER AND FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS TO BEST OF ABILITY WITH SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME. NO INJURIES OR FIRE.
