Narrative:

Having leveled off at FL200; my turbocharger started to surge; then failed; causing a reduction in power of left engine. I made an emergency landing at ZZZ. Evaluated there was no oil leakage and could maintain sea level power. Discussed with my mechanic and flew home at low altitude for repair.
