Narrative:

When any aircraft is planned to fly to mdst; santiago; dr; the flight plan lists the points on the approach on the flight plan. These should not be listed because they are not the approach. The approach is a DME arc. The points on the flight plan if left unaltered are flown straight line from point-to-point. In my judgement this is a problem to be corrected because if a crew does not change the approach points there will be a problem with the DME arc. The distance from the VOR will be off by some distance. Also; there will be no altitudes in the FMC. I have reported this previously and nothing has changed. This is a problem on the ILS approach to runway 11 at mdst.

Title: AN A300 PLT NOTES THAT HIS ACR'S MDST ILS RWY 11 FLT PLANS INCLUDE STRAIGHT LINES BTWN DME ARC FIXES; NOT ARC SEGMENTS; AND DO NOT HAVE ASSOCIATED ALTS.

Narrative: WHEN ANY ACFT IS PLANNED TO FLY TO MDST; SANTIAGO; DR; THE FLT PLAN LISTS THE POINTS ON THE APCH ON THE FLT PLAN. THESE SHOULD NOT BE LISTED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE APCH. THE APCH IS A DME ARC. THE POINTS ON THE FLT PLAN IF LEFT UNALTERED ARE FLOWN STRAIGHT LINE FROM POINT-TO-POINT. IN MY JUDGEMENT THIS IS A PROB TO BE CORRECTED BECAUSE IF A CREW DOES NOT CHANGE THE APCH POINTS THERE WILL BE A PROB WITH THE DME ARC. THE DISTANCE FROM THE VOR WILL BE OFF BY SOME DISTANCE. ALSO; THERE WILL BE NO ALTS IN THE FMC. I HAVE RPTED THIS PREVIOUSLY AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THIS IS A PROB ON THE ILS APCH TO RWY 11 AT MDST.
