Narrative:
Aircraft taxiing to runway 27R instructed to cross runway 31 at taxiway F (approach end) instead of crossing at the approach end. The aircraft crossed at taxiway H which intersects with runway 27R. I stopped the aircraft short of runway 27R until the arrival passed the intersection; crossed the king air over runway 27R and taxied him to the end. Had asde been available; I could have seen the aircraft turn at taxiway H and caught it sooner. Because of the ht of this tower; all of taxiway F is not visible this happens often at night.

Title: PBI CTLR EXPERIENCED POTENTIAL CONFLICT WHEN TAXIING ACFT UTILIZED UNEXPECTED RTE AND ALMOST ENTERED ACTIVE RWY.
Narrative: ACFT TAXIING TO RWY 27R INSTRUCTED TO CROSS RWY 31 AT TXWY F (APCH END) INSTEAD OF XING AT THE APCH END. THE ACFT CROSSED AT TXWY H WHICH INTERSECTS WITH RWY 27R. I STOPPED THE ACFT SHORT OF RWY 27R UNTIL THE ARR PASSED THE INTXN; CROSSED THE KING AIR OVER RWY 27R AND TAXIED HIM TO THE END. HAD ASDE BEEN AVAILABLE; I COULD HAVE SEEN THE ACFT TURN AT TXWY H AND CAUGHT IT SOONER. BECAUSE OF THE HT OF THIS TWR; ALL OF TXWY F IS NOT VISIBLE THIS HAPPENS OFTEN AT NIGHT.
