Narrative:
Planned to pass just south of the south limits of dvt class D airspace which would put me just north of phx class B. This cirrus has a 'glass cockpit' that I'm just getting used to; and in trying to deal with traffic alerts; waypoint and engine pages; and other issues; I let my attention wander from the moving map showing the airspace limits. Thus; I inadvertently flew northeast into deer valley's airspace at which point I immediately turned south to exit. In retrospect I should have called the tower and told them who I was and what my intentions were.
