Narrative:
Accomplished aircraft change order #X on aircraft X. While accomplishing the same aircraft change order on aircraft Y; found that sleeve and collar should be in a set and the parts we had for aircraft X were not. Looked in the computer and found that we had the same situation before. Per step #15; sleeve part #xx and collar part #YYY go together and sleeve part #zz goes with collar part #aa. I believe that aircraft X has collar yy and sleeve part #zz together and evidently missed it when I was signing off the paperwork and filling out the tags.
