Narrative:
Departed ZZZZ field condition -snow; temperature 0-1 degree C; less than 1/2 inch snow/slush on taxiway; less than 1/4 inch slush on runway. Uneventful departure and trip. On landing; the #8 tire pressure icas was annunciated. After exiting the runway; captain called for crash fire rescue equipment. Crash fire rescue equipment said that it appeared that we possibly had several flat tires; with no smoke. Tug pulled us to gate. Notified maintenance. Captain; first officer; international relief officer went outside to inspect the gear ourselves. Maintenance informed us that there was ice that apparently had locked up several wheels causing #8 to blow and causing damage to several others. Preflight inspection at departure was done by myself and I noticed no snow/slush accumulation on the sides or top first officer the wheel hub or brake caliper/rotor assembly. All brake pistons and brake wear pins; hydraulic/wire connections were free of contamination.

Title: B777 FLT CREW ON LNDG ROLLOUT HAS SEVERAL TIRES DEFLATE. POSTFLT INSPECTION REVEALS ICE ACCUMULATION CAUSED WHEELS TO LOCK UP.
Narrative: DEPARTED ZZZZ FIELD CONDITION -SNOW; TEMP 0-1 DEG C; LESS THAN 1/2 INCH SNOW/SLUSH ON TXWY; LESS THAN 1/4 INCH SLUSH ON RWY. UNEVENTFUL DEP AND TRIP. ON LNDG; THE #8 TIRE PRESSURE ICAS WAS ANNUNCIATED. AFTER EXITING THE RWY; CAPT CALLED FOR CFR. CFR SAID THAT IT APPEARED THAT WE POSSIBLY HAD SEVERAL FLAT TIRES; WITH NO SMOKE. TUG PULLED US TO GATE. NOTIFIED MAINT. CAPT; FO; IRO WENT OUTSIDE TO INSPECT THE GEAR OURSELVES. MAINT INFORMED US THAT THERE WAS ICE THAT APPARENTLY HAD LOCKED UP SEVERAL WHEELS CAUSING #8 TO BLOW AND CAUSING DAMAGE TO SEVERAL OTHERS. PREFLT INSPECTION AT DEP WAS DONE BY MYSELF AND I NOTICED NO SNOW/SLUSH ACCUMULATION ON THE SIDES OR TOP FO THE WHEEL HUB OR BRAKE CALIPER/ROTOR ASSEMBLY. ALL BRAKE PISTONS AND BRAKE WEAR PINS; HYD/WIRE CONNECTIONS WERE FREE OF CONTAMINATION.
