Narrative:
I had cleared the C402 for takeoff and the B747 crossed the runway without clearance to do so. When I queried the B747 pilot; he advised that he was told to follow another aircraft to which I had given a clearance to cross the runway before I cleared the C402 for takeoff. The C402 saw the B747 crossing the runway and advised he was aborting takeoff.

Title: BOS LCL CTLR EXPERIENCED CONFLICT AS DEP ACFT ABORTED DUE TO B747 XING RWY DOWNFIELD; NO OPERROR OR PLTDEV IS RECORDED.
Narrative: I HAD CLRED THE C402 FOR TKOF AND THE B747 CROSSED THE RWY WITHOUT CLRNC TO DO SO. WHEN I QUERIED THE B747 PLT; HE ADVISED THAT HE WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW ANOTHER ACFT TO WHICH I HAD GIVEN A CLRNC TO CROSS THE RWY BEFORE I CLRED THE C402 FOR TKOF. THE C402 SAW THE B747 XING THE RWY AND ADVISED HE WAS ABORTING TKOF.
