Narrative:

Atops; aidc; does not populate the coordination list for aircraft eastbound going through santa maria. Controllers do not have any way to readily monitor aircraft that need to be coordination. With many aircraft a controller can easily miss an aircraft coordination and have an airspace violation. Controllers rely on atops; aidc coordination list for coordination.
