Narrative:
While taxiing to runway 33 told tower we were ready to go and requested a visual climb out. Tower said they were going to let us depart and that they had a BA46 on left downwind to runway 15; for us to turn right over the end and go behind the BA46 when it turns left base. Tower clears us for immediate takeoff. While in the roll; tower asked us to turn right as soon as practicable. We turned right 30 degrees as soon as a gear was up. While in climb rolled level and saw the BA46 was on 1 mi final at our altitude and approximately 1000 ft to our left. I feel the tower should have told us to hold short and landed the BA46 and then cleared us for takeoff. They are under too much pressure to move traffic in and out of ase.
