Narrative:
While working normal traffic on stars equipment entire display went blank. No banner; no warning no back-up at that position. Relocated to adjacent position and worked traffic from there. Second failure at that display that I have observed in the last month. Stars equipment less than 2 yrs old.

Title: APCH CTLR EXPERIENCES A COMPLETE FAILURE OF STARS RADAR DISPLAY AND MOVED TO ADJACENT POS TO CONTINUE RADAR SVC. THE CTLR CLAIMS THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND FAILURE WITHIN THE LAST MONTH.
Narrative: WHILE WORKING NORMAL TFC ON STARS EQUIP ENTIRE DISPLAY WENT BLANK. NO BANNER; NO WARNING NO BACK-UP AT THAT POS. RELOCATED TO ADJACENT POS AND WORKED TFC FROM THERE. SECOND FAILURE AT THAT DISPLAY THAT I HAVE OBSERVED IN THE LAST MONTH. STARS EQUIP LESS THAN 2 YRS OLD.
