Narrative:
On taxi out of ramp since construction project; it is very hard to anticipate the turn to taxiway B to runway 19R. Did not taxi onto runway or pass the hold short line; but had to make a hard turn to taxiway B after seeing that we were about to taxi across the hold short. Not a big deal except that we were not the first. Snow covered most of the outside taxiway markings which did not help; but I was accustomed to seeing the median. The tower chief asked for a call. He indicated that they are considering several options to make the transition more noticeable. It may be prudent to attempt to be a part of the solution.
