Narrative:
I received a call from the captain. He informed me that all passenger oxygen masks deployed. I called our on-call maintenance services and informed him of discrepancy and that I would facsimile him maintenance manual procedures needed to complete job. I facsimile'ed to his office crj 700/900 amm tasks. He called back to inform me that he got the facsimile and should be no problem. About 1 hour later he called and said all but 1 were completed. I asked if he could try 1 more time to repack masks. About 20 mins later he said all done. I asked him to check security of switch/guard in cockpit which he did and it was svcable. We completed the maintenance logbook.
