Narrative:
I was en route to ZZZ airport. I was cleared for a visual approach for runway and was handed off to tower. I checked in with the tower; #2 in sequence to land; and tower cleared me to land. 5 mi out on final approach; I extended my landing gear and saw 3 green lights. 3-4 mi on the final approach segment; I lost all electrical power; battery and alternator. I had no indications of any loss of electrical power prior to this and was really concerned about not having any battery backup. I went through my loss of electrical power checklist quickly and was more concerned with getting my communications back on line; since I knew my gear was down prior to failure. Unfortunately no success in restoring power occurred and when I landed on the runway the gear was not fixed in position and landed flat/no gear.

Title: PA32 PLT HAS LOSS OF ELECTRICAL PWR DURING APCH TO LAND; EXECUTES A GEAR UP LNDG.
Narrative: I WAS ENRTE TO ZZZ ARPT. I WAS CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH FOR RWY AND WAS HANDED OFF TO TWR. I CHKED IN WITH THE TWR; #2 IN SEQUENCE TO LAND; AND TWR CLRED ME TO LAND. 5 MI OUT ON FINAL APCH; I EXTENDED MY LNDG GEAR AND SAW 3 GREEN LIGHTS. 3-4 MI ON THE FINAL APCH SEGMENT; I LOST ALL ELECTRICAL PWR; BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR. I HAD NO INDICATIONS OF ANY LOSS OF ELECTRICAL PWR PRIOR TO THIS AND WAS REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT NOT HAVING ANY BATTERY BACKUP. I WENT THROUGH MY LOSS OF ELECTRICAL PWR CHKLIST QUICKLY AND WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH GETTING MY COMS BACK ON LINE; SINCE I KNEW MY GEAR WAS DOWN PRIOR TO FAILURE. UNFORTUNATELY NO SUCCESS IN RESTORING PWR OCCURRED AND WHEN I LANDED ON THE RWY THE GEAR WAS NOT FIXED IN POS AND LANDED FLAT/NO GEAR.
