Narrative:
Aircraft arrived with a write-up stating right#1 door slide girt bar hits door frame when opening door. Removed door slide cover and found it to be on wrong door. Looked in the computer and matched serial number of slide to door; and matched slide covers to door. Installed slide and cover on door reference amm inspection. Looked it over and gave me ok on operations check. Both L1 and R1 door were affected; however; maintenance performed was only documented on R1 door.
