Narrative:
On takeoff at rotation speed; aircraft needed an additional 1-2 full units of trim to rotate. Once above 10000 ft; we called dispatch and advised them that we believed our weight and balance data was suspect and that we would like a load audit performed upon arrival. We have since found from the load audit that the data on 4 of our 6 cargo pits were grossly wrong and that we had additional weight on board that was not reported to us with our load closeout from operations.supplemental information from acn 692750: dispatch initiated the inquiry and later in the flight responded saying it appeared a wrong cargo pallet was loaded. New numbers were forwarded to us and landing was uneventful. Initial audit numbers showed bag count incorrect by approximately 40 bags. Additionally; cargo may have been off by 1800 pounds.
