Narrative:
L1 door and aft cargo door were open. The tug driver said his walkaround check was complete twice and asked if the brakes were released. I then asked him to get out of his tug and to verify all doors were shut; jetway pulled back away from the aircraft and the walkaround check was completed.

Title: GND PERSONNEL ATTEMPT TO PUSH BACK ACFT WITH CARGO DOORS STILL OPEN; FLT CREW QUESTIONS THE WALKAROUND.
Narrative: L1 DOOR AND AFT CARGO DOOR WERE OPEN. THE TUG DRIVER SAID HIS WALKAROUND CHK WAS COMPLETE TWICE AND ASKED IF THE BRAKES WERE RELEASED. I THEN ASKED HIM TO GET OUT OF HIS TUG AND TO VERIFY ALL DOORS WERE SHUT; JETWAY PULLED BACK AWAY FROM THE ACFT AND THE WALKAROUND CHK WAS COMPLETED.
