Narrative:
Had previously lost AC xtie lockout with no apparent generator anomalies. About 15 mins later; left generator failed; also failing automatic control of left pressure controller and other less bothersome system. Center granted descent to FL250. Declared emergency for a short time to get control of the pressurization. Canceled the emergency a short time later.
