Narrative:

On final approach; the captain called for gear down and the final descent checklist. I put the gear down and read the checklist and armed the speed brakes. At this point we were at flaps 15 degrees and outside the FAF. The captain used the speed brake prior to selecting flaps 20 degrees and after I read the checklist and then rearmed the speed brake. The landing was uneventful. On rollout; I noticed the speed brakes did not deploy and called this out to the captain. The WX was good and stopping the aircraft was not a problem. Upon exiting the runway they finally deployed. There were never any EICAS messages or warning lights during the landing or rollout. No further incident happened.
