Narrative:
Cleared fpr via TRISS2 txk transition. Captain (PF) and first officer (PNF) verified box entry and waypoints for departure; and called tower with runway 17R and navye prior to takeoff. After triss was passed; center called and asked if we were proceeding direct txk; and if the previous controller has cleared us to txk. It was then that we realized that shero had dropped from the box on passing triss; and neither crew member noticed the drop. Shero was in the box and on the map prior to departure. Center said there was not a problem; and we continued the flight without further incident.
