Narrative:

During descent on flight to bur on the LYNNX7 STAR. Near crossing restr of 14000 ft 15 NM east of pmd; we noticed a bright green flash ahead and to the left of nose. Within seconds; a second flash hit us. We then realized it was a green laser. I notified joshua approach who then informed us of another occurrence earlier that night. Approach asked us to help pinpoint the location. About 2 NM east of pmd about 11000 ft. We were abeam the location and I was relaying the position to approach when we were illuminated with the brightest laser beam. Approach was once again notified. We determined approximately location was pmd 170 degree radial 8 NM. Captain received direct contact with both eyes and I received direct contact in the left eye and partial contact in the right. Both captain and myself complained of burning eyes and light sensitivity and headaches following the incident.
