Narrative:
We were given descent clearance to a lower altitude. Approach control queried us about our familiarity of the new STAR. (I was flying in LNAV and VNAV with autoplt engaged.) then ATC notified us that on the arrival; we were supposed to fly from kilot to vinil waypoint (which the FMC had actually skipped and proceeded direct to the subsequent waypoint; pibap). I; with the captain's assistance; had verified the waypoints in the FMC routing for the PASPU1A arrival to sin. The captain requested an amended clearance. Then ATC asked us to call them when we landed. The captain called to see if our crew had conflicting arrival procedures. The captain explained for some reason the FMC had deleted the vinil waypoint. ATC then said that they were just curious to the event. The FMC anomaly was reported to the dispatcher and flight manager.

Title: B777-222 FAILS TO FLY MABAL TRANSITION ON PASPU STAR TO WSSS.
Narrative: WE WERE GIVEN DSCNT CLRNC TO A LOWER ALT. APCH CTL QUERIED US ABOUT OUR FAMILIARITY OF THE NEW STAR. (I WAS FLYING IN LNAV AND VNAV WITH AUTOPLT ENGAGED.) THEN ATC NOTIFIED US THAT ON THE ARR; WE WERE SUPPOSED TO FLY FROM KILOT TO VINIL WAYPOINT (WHICH THE FMC HAD ACTUALLY SKIPPED AND PROCEEDED DIRECT TO THE SUBSEQUENT WAYPOINT; PIBAP). I; WITH THE CAPT'S ASSISTANCE; HAD VERIFIED THE WAYPOINTS IN THE FMC ROUTING FOR THE PASPU1A ARR TO SIN. THE CAPT REQUESTED AN AMENDED CLRNC. THEN ATC ASKED US TO CALL THEM WHEN WE LANDED. THE CAPT CALLED TO SEE IF OUR CREW HAD CONFLICTING ARR PROCS. THE CAPT EXPLAINED FOR SOME REASON THE FMC HAD DELETED THE VINIL WAYPOINT. ATC THEN SAID THAT THEY WERE JUST CURIOUS TO THE EVENT. THE FMC ANOMALY WAS RPTED TO THE DISPATCHER AND FLT MANAGER.
