Narrative:
Upon departure from cvn to abq from runway 4; the crew observed a car parked perpendicular to the centerline of the runway on the departure end. We noticed the vehicle after wheels up about 200 ft AGL. Prior to departure; all traffic calls were made by the first officer; which included the calls 'taxiing to runway 4;' 'holding short of runway 4' and 'departing runway 4.' the area was also cleared prior to entering the runway for departure. No traffic calls were heard or made by any other aircraft or vehicles during our taxi or prior to our departure. There were no NOTAMS regarding men and equipment working at the airport on our release; and no such information was relayed to us during our in-range call. At a safe altitude; after departure (above 10000 ft); we asked clovis operations to call the airport manager and inform him that there is a vehicle on the runway. Clovis operations reported back to us later that the vehicle belonged to the FAA and they were working on radio antenna at the airport. The vehicle was not visible during the takeoff roll.

Title: BE1900 FLT CREW ENCOUNTERS A VEHICLE AT THE DEP END OF THE RWY DURING TKOF AT CVN.
Narrative: UPON DEP FROM CVN TO ABQ FROM RWY 4; THE CREW OBSERVED A CAR PARKED PERPENDICULAR TO THE CTRLINE OF THE RWY ON THE DEP END. WE NOTICED THE VEHICLE AFTER WHEELS UP ABOUT 200 FT AGL. PRIOR TO DEP; ALL TFC CALLS WERE MADE BY THE FO; WHICH INCLUDED THE CALLS 'TAXIING TO RWY 4;' 'HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 4' AND 'DEPARTING RWY 4.' THE AREA WAS ALSO CLRED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE RWY FOR DEP. NO TFC CALLS WERE HEARD OR MADE BY ANY OTHER ACFT OR VEHICLES DURING OUR TAXI OR PRIOR TO OUR DEP. THERE WERE NO NOTAMS REGARDING MEN AND EQUIP WORKING AT THE ARPT ON OUR RELEASE; AND NO SUCH INFO WAS RELAYED TO US DURING OUR IN-RANGE CALL. AT A SAFE ALT; AFTER DEP (ABOVE 10000 FT); WE ASKED CLOVIS OPS TO CALL THE ARPT MGR AND INFORM HIM THAT THERE IS A VEHICLE ON THE RWY. CLOVIS OPS RPTED BACK TO US LATER THAT THE VEHICLE BELONGED TO THE FAA AND THEY WERE WORKING ON RADIO ANTENNA AT THE ARPT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT VISIBLE DURING THE TKOF ROLL.
