Narrative:
On arrival and subsequent walkaround inspection of aircraft; the external communications access hatch for ground personnel head set plug-in (external power connection door) was open. Ramper did not secure door after pushback and it was unlatched for entire flight.

Title: B737 FO DISCOVERED ON POSTFLT THAT GND PWR CONNECTION DOOR HAD NOT BEEN CLOSED PRIOR TO DEP.
Narrative: ON ARR AND SUBSEQUENT WALKAROUND INSPECTION OF ACFT; THE EXTERNAL COMS ACCESS HATCH FOR GND PERSONNEL HEAD SET PLUG-IN (EXTERNAL PWR CONNECTION DOOR) WAS OPEN. RAMPER DID NOT SECURE DOOR AFTER PUSHBACK AND IT WAS UNLATCHED FOR ENTIRE FLT.
