Narrative:
I accomplished special item check card with 'na' on 4 and 5 items checking the APU filters (ok); and fuel filter; delta 'P' indicators. As the indicators were not popped; and not required to change this filters that I na'ed these steps. I will not na the blocks in the future. As many's the indicators are checked first. Card needs to be revised. The card should be revised to have individually to sign for each step accomplished. 3 signatures should be required instead of just one. Supplemental information from acn 697688: work cards change periodically without input from our quality assurance department notification or experienced technical input.
