Narrative:
Tower operator insisted that the wind was calm. AWOS said wind was 6 KTS from northeast. Tower assigned runway 27 for takeoff. After I objected; I did attempt takeoff. After acceleration; there was not sufficient right rudder to keep aircraft from exiting runway to left resulting in ground loop.
