Narrative:

I was on ILS runway 35L for gfk. Tower gave landing clearance to a seneca who was approaching from my 5 O'clock position and approximately 100 ft below me. Tower approved him to cut me off to land on short final with an altitude of 400 ft AGL; less than a mi to the runway. I asked for a 360 degree turn for spacing; and tower said no. I then initiated a go around. Tower broke separation requirements; and I felt this was extremely unsafe! We were already cleared to land prior to the seneca. WX should not have been a problem. WX at the time was VFR. I felt the controller put both air crews and aircraft in serious jeopardy.
