Narrative:
While entering the traffic pattern on a r-hand 45 degree entry for runway 30 (eul) we heard and observed 'jumpers away' from a CE182 flown by a local and busy skydiving operation. Several jumpers were observed deploying their chutes. While turning base leg and final; skydivers were observed landing in 2 different drop zones on the south and north side of runway 30 (eul) in the vicinity of the touchdown zone. The skydiver landing in the north drop zone was drifting directly over the runway while our aircraft was on final; seconds after observing this; the skydiver finally drifted back to the north. I was advised that this company is using several drop zones on the airport and frequently at the same time. I was also advised that the drop zone to the north of the runway is for beginner skydivers. This situation was very dangerous and places the occupants of aircraft and the skydivers at serious risk. The aircraft was committed to land and a go around would have been difficult due to the changing position of the drifting skydivers on both the south and north side of the runway. This airport is a very busy GA airport; which includes but is not limited to heavy helicopter training; fixed-wing training; and ultralight activity. The helicopters and ultralights use the south pattern and fixed-wing use the north pattern.

Title: PLT OF C182 IS CONCERNED ABOUT ORGANIZED PARACHUTE JUMPING ACTIVITIES AT EUL.
Narrative: WHILE ENTERING THE TFC PATTERN ON A R-HAND 45 DEG ENTRY FOR RWY 30 (EUL) WE HEARD AND OBSERVED 'JUMPERS AWAY' FROM A CE182 FLOWN BY A LCL AND BUSY SKYDIVING OP.
