Narrative:
The lex ATCT SOP's authority/authorized the use of tiph between the hours of xa:00 and xk:00 during a period of moderate traffic due to diverting traffic from cvg; I instructed air carrier X to tiph with traffic on final and traffic back-taxiing on runway 22 due to construction on taxiway a. Air carrier X had a 'void' time. I violated the SOP because the time was around XK47. The supervisor on duty was notified by myself.

Narrative: THE LEX ATCT SOP'S AUTH THE USE OF TIPH BTWN THE HRS OF XA:00 AND XK:00 DURING A PERIOD OF MODERATE TFC DUE TO DIVERTING TFC FROM CVG; I INSTRUCTED ACR X TO TIPH WITH TFC ON FINAL AND TFC BACK-TAXIING ON RWY 22 DUE TO CONSTRUCTION ON TXWY A. ACR X HAD A 'VOID' TIME. I VIOLATED THE SOP BECAUSE THE TIME WAS AROUND XK47. THE SUPVR ON DUTY WAS NOTIFIED BY MYSELF.
