Narrative:
While I was in the flare for landing on runway 12; a C172 or similar crossed the departure end of runway 12 on the runway 23 parallel taxiway. In the flare and at a low energy state; I evaluated that an attempted go around would be more likely to result in a collision than continuing to touchdown. No more than normal braking was required to halt my aircraft and turn off at midfield.
