On approach flaps would not extend beyond 15 degrees; system B pressure was indication 63%; landed with 15 degrees flaps -- all normal landing and taxi in. Wrote up in logbook and notified dispatcher of occurrence. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated no maintenance action was reported to the crew on the fix or component failed or replaced.
