Narrative:
All 3 flight attendants in coach were still standing during landing. The 2 first class flight attendants were in their correct jumpseats. During a full normal ILS approach into colombia; I made the prepare for landing PA. My position was just turning inbound on the full ILS approach. I estimate about 56 mins prior to touchdown. This is a lot later than I normally make the PA. Flight attendant was considerably upset; and complained about possible back problems. Another flight attendant was reported to have fallen during the landing. The first officer was the PF. The touchdown was normal. I do remember looking at the checklist. After turning inbound on the ILS. This is an indication that the landing PA was not made. I was surprised and thought I had already accomplished it. When I did make the PA; I thought I was making it for the second time and felt that it was safer to make it twice then not at all. According to the flight attendants; I only made 1 PA.
