Narrative:
Over ZZZ1 we experienced low oil pressure and high oil temperature on the right engine. Shortly thereafter white smoke came from the oil breather area of the right engine; and followed by a large gush of oil from the same area. I feathered the right propeller and shut down the engine. We returned to the ZZZ airport without further incident. We did declare an emergency.
