Narrative:
After takeoff; the cabin became extremely hot and loud. The #4 flight attendant and I called the captain. Captain said aircraft was having trouble pressurizing. Captain later announced we had to burn fuel and divert. We landed and parked at the gate.

Title: AN MD80 FLT ATTENDANT RPTS PRESSURIZATION DIFFICULTIES AFTER TKOF CAUSING THE FLT TO DIVERT.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF; THE CABIN BECAME EXTREMELY HOT AND LOUD. THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT AND I CALLED THE CAPT. CAPT SAID ACFT WAS HAVING TROUBLE PRESSURIZING. CAPT LATER ANNOUNCED WE HAD TO BURN FUEL AND DIVERT. WE LANDED AND PARKED AT THE GATE.
