Noted decrease manifold pressure/fuel pressure difficulty to maintain altitude. No response to corrective actions: throttle/fuel/mix/pump; etc. Declared emergency. ZZZ airport control tower cleared for landing. Progressive power loss. Landed; no thrust power. Coasted taxi; taxiway B exit; assumed safety of passenger/plane. Towed to FBO (no power). Preliminary report mechanic: broken throttle cable.
