On climb out got #1 CSD low oil pressure light. Ran checklist and disconnected #1 CSD. APU failed to start; leaving us on 1 generator operations. Called dispatch and maintenance control; and decided to return to ZZZ. Cabin advisory to flight attendants. Declared emergency with ATC. Landed uneventfully in ZZZ.
