Narrative:
IFR instrument approach in rainstorm conditions. Braking action fair to good. Rjaa detailed page shows that runway 34L is grooved but during landing rollout we observed that sections of the runway were not grooved and stopping distance was longer because of light hydroplaning. There was no NOTAM about runway grooving at rjaa or any construction relating to grooving procedures. (I saw something a while back on the internet about possible runway construction but nothing in a NOTAM. Unsure if there is a current NOTAM.) company needs to check the international airports we go to; specifically rjaa; beijing; taipei; hong kong; singapore; bangkok and shanghai specifically to find out if landing runways are grooved and to make sure the detailed pages are up to date. If we have 1 airport that the runways weren't grooved; there is a good chance there is more and dispatch and crews need to be aware of it.
