Narrative:

Cleared runway 27R at taxiway east told to expedite crossing 22R; an aircraft was holding short runway 22R at taxiway east; so turned onto taxiway H to cross runway 22R. Tower called and said to stop; unable to stop short of hold short line for runway 22R; finally stopped about 1/2 a plane length over hold short line; still well clear of runway 22R. Aircraft on final was performing lahso on runway 22R; reclred across runway 22R.
