Narrative:

Aircraft #1 was a pointout from another sector in sct that was coordination with a controller that was not on position. Altitude information was not coordination. When I saw the conflict; I called to have the pointout stopped at 11000 ft. As the #2 aircraft passed; aircraft #1 showed up on my frequency. Just leaving my airspace; I had no flight plan information and no idea where he was going.
