Narrative:
While cruising at 3000 ft; 10 mi northwest of dpk; we received a TCAS RA to climb. We followed the RA; climbing to 3500 ft; where the TCAS RA stopped. We then advised ATC of the TCAS climb and returned to our assigned altitude of 3000 ft.

Title: CE560 WITH N90 EXPERIENCED TCAS RA AT 3000 FT WITH UNRPTED TFC.
Narrative: WHILE CRUISING AT 3000 FT; 10 MI NW OF DPK; WE RECEIVED A TCAS RA TO CLB. WE FOLLOWED THE RA; CLBING TO 3500 FT; WHERE THE TCAS RA STOPPED. WE THEN ADVISED ATC OF THE TCAS CLB AND RETURNED TO OUR ASSIGNED ALT OF 3000 FT.
